- Active Tutoring: We retain instructional data while your student is actively enrolled.
- Post-Service Period: Tutoring notes are kept for up to one year following the conclusion of services. Records may be archived longer if required by legal or tax regulations.
- Secure Disposal: Once retention periods end, we permanently delete digital files and shred all physical documents.
